Book an
Appointment

What’s the next step?

It can feel scary to take the leap, but I encourage you to book a call so we can start exploring your story, whatever form it takes. It’s free and there’s absolutely no obligation. If things feel right, we can look at session times and begin your therapy. If you’re unsure or you need more time, there’s no pressure – the important thing is to be really comfortable with your choice of therapist.

Tap the button below to book online, or drop me an email or a text.

I look forward to hearing from you.

How it works

1. Booking

Choose a time for your free 30-minute consultation on the phone or online.

Or contact me if you have any questions.

2. Consultation

I will call at your chosen time and hear what you’d like to bring to counselling, answer your questions, and let you know how I could help. Then you can decide if you’d like to proceed. Or you can take more time to think about it and let me know.

3. Therapy

If you go ahead, we will schedule a time for your regular therapy sessions. Normally these will be weekly, although some clients prefer fortnightly. There can be a fixed number of sessions for short-term therapy, or it can be open-ended for long-term work. We can work in-person, online, or on the phone – or a combination of these. I work from a dedicated therapy room on Whiteladies Road in Clifton/Redland.

Weekend and evening slots also available

Fees

The initial consultation online or on the phone is free.

Each therapy session is 50 minutes long and costs £60.

I can also offer a limited number clients reduced fees,
if you are on a low income please ask me about this.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions
